Backstory of this Series
Memories of Paradise Island is the original abstract photograph that inspired an entire painting series. I took the photo backpacking though the Philippines, while exploring the amazing deserted islands around El Nido, northern Palawan. I just loved the colors and mystical feel of the photo, as well as the wonderful memories it inspires. Continues in the Artlog. The original painting it inspired is here, as a print.
